Admission Requirements

Admission to MOSCAT is open to all students who meet its specific standards, requirements and regulations as expressed in the general requirements prescribed in the Student Manual shall be required of all those seeking admission to graduate and undersgraduate programs.

Admission requirements vary with the status of these students and the programs in which they desire to enroll, all students enrolling are required to undergo an college admission test (CAT). The CAT examination result shall serves as guide to applicants seeking admission to a particular program. It is understood that the college and institutes reserves its right not to accept any applicant whose qualifications do not meet the standards and requirements of the program in which the students desire to enroll.

For admission, an applicant must apply in person and accomplish the following minimum requirements:

Placement Exam Requirements
– Application Form from the Guidance Office
– Pencils

Freshmen

Form 138 A (Report Card)
– Certificate of Good Moral Character
– Medical Certificate from Government Physician
– Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate
– Two pieces ID picture (1 pc 1X1, and 1 pc 2X2)

Transferee
– Transfer Credentials
– Reference Copy of Transcript of Records
– Certificate of Good Moral Character
– Medical Certificate from Government Physician
– Photocopy of Birth Certificate
– Two pieces ID picture (1 pc 1X1, and 1 pc 2X2)

Entrance Examination Schedule
Anytime during office hours for the duration of the enrollment period
Venue: Testing Room at the Office of Student Affairs, MOSCAT Main Campus
