MOSCAT now offers Doctor of Philosophy in Agriculture and Masters Programs in Agricultural Science and Technology and Arts in Teaching Science; baccalaureate degrees in computer engineering, information technology, agriculture, education, arts and sciences, communication management, environmental engineering and management, human ecology and food sciences.
To raise the standard towards academic excellence, MOSCAT has these programs accredited by the Accrediting Agency for Chartered College and Universities of the Philippines and the Association of College of Agriculture in the Philippines (AACUP). Cognizant to the growing demands for quality graduates who can equate the standard human machinery required in the global market, MOSCAT is continuously improving the caliber of its yearly turn-over of degree or diploma holders by working for accreditation with the Institutional Monitoring and Evaluation for Quality Assurance (IQUAME) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
Diploma in Agricultural Technology/Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education courses underwent the second survey visit for Level II accreditation by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACUP) last August 2006 and later passed Level II re-accredited status per Board action effective July 16, 2006.
These curricula are designed for development of world-class leaders, instrumental in attaining food security, poverty alleviation, global competitiveness and sustainable development.

MOSCAT’s strong linkage and ties with New Zealand on its Dairy Program made the Short Term Dairy Farm Assistantship, one of the most sought-after programs of the College. Hence, for CY 2013, a total of 153 trainees were enrolled and underwent 6 months training only, while some opted to finish it up to 2 years. Also, these trainees comprised the three batches in 2013 namely: (Batch 11 – June 1, 2013)= 55 trainees ; (Batch 12 – July 27, 2013)= 44 trainee; (Batch 13 – October 12, 2013)= 54 trainees.
